While notifying us of your address change, we would love to know if we can help with the following services:

* Business Relocation: typically $625 per location plus state filing fees and state-specific complexities: This service guides businesses through the complex, state-specific process of relocating your entity through new-state setups, conversions, dissolutions, and closures with the Secretary of State.

* IRS Update with Form 8822: $150: WCG manages the tedious process of officially changing your address with the IRS using Form 8822 (or 8822-B for businesses) to keep federal files accurate and ensure you don't miss important compliance letters. If we are currently in the process of filing your tax return, you will not need this form but please reach out to your preparer right away to let them know of the new address.

* Payroll Relocation: typically $550-650 per location: This service handles the technical administrative work of relocating by opening new state and local payroll tax accounts - or properly overlapping and closing old ones.

* Payroll Quick Launch (PQL): typically $950-1,050: A comprehensive onboarding service where WCG establishes your state and local payroll accounts, configures your ADP platform correctly to prevent compliance errors, provides a live training tutorial, and supplies 60 days of post-launch support.
