  • This form is used for associates and managers to provide documented and memorialized feedback to each other. Associate reviews remain confidential and are only made available to those who need to know.

  • Performance Rating Definitions

    Distinguished 

    Outstanding performance that results in extraordinary and exceptional accomplishments with significant contributions to the objectives of the firm.

    Commendable 

    Consistently generates results above those expected of the position. Contributes in an above average manner to innovations both technical and functional.

    Satisfactory 

    Good performance with employee fulfilling all position requirements and generates results expected of the position.

    Unsatisfactory

    Performance leaves room for improvement. This performance level may be the result of a new or inexperienced employee on the job. Can also be an employee not responding favorably to instruction. Additionally, a performance improvement plan (PIP) and timeline will be created. This is reserved for an associate or firm requested off-cycle review.

    • Represents the firm in a positive and respectful manner with clients and team members.

  • Committee Review
